Terms & Conditions

Payments

We accept all major Credit Cards (including MasterCard, Visa), Debit Cards and Paypal accepted. Payments are securely processed via Stripe for the highest level of security. We do not store any card information on our site.

NB. All prices are subject to change without notice in the event of error pricing. We strive to maintain accuracy of stock but in some extreme circumstance items purchased may not be available.

Delivery

All deliveries are dispatched before 5pm each day.

We also can deliver to most countries in Europe. Shipping is per part and calculated during the checkout stages when the delivery address is entered.

Returns

If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, DO NOT SIGN FOR THE ORDER. If upon opening the parcel the purchased product is damaged, please follow the steps outlined below to take advantage of our 30 day no hassle returns policy.

Contact our customer services team who will provide you with a returns number. You will need to print this on the outside of the return package. 

Please take care to package the item(s) carefully; goods must arrive in an unused condition for the refund to be issued. If you return goods that have been used we will be unable to provide a refund, (no open blister packs, electronic sensors, please). 

Ted 4 Parts do not cover the cost of return postage. 

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team and they will be happy to help. Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfilment centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will work to expedite your refund as soon as possible, this could take up to 7 days depending on your original method of payment. Ted 4 Parts will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s) excluding postage. 

Returns within 30 days. Ted 4 Parts will refund the full purchase price of the returned item(s). (Again, Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

Privacy Policy

The following are the terms and conditions for use of TED 4 PARTS website or any Internet site to which the website is linked (the “website”). This website is for use by persons who are 18 years and over only.

WEBSITE: USE AND SECURITY 

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account which is provided to you by TED 4 PARTS who host the transactional element of the website, You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or any other breach of security.

We do not hold any personal data. Instead, personal data is stored on a remote secure server and used and is the full responsibility of TED 4 PARTS Limited who host the website. PRICE OF GOODS 

The price listed on the Website (the 'price') for TED 4 PARTS products (the "products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price for the products on the Website is wrong.

DELIVERY

We will endeavour to deliver the products to you within 3-5 working days of your account order within the island of Ireland, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.

CLAIMS

You have a statutory right to a 7 day cooling-off period when purchasing online. If a product is defective in any way, please return it with a covering letter and we will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product.

ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION

All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the products.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TERMINATION

We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
